What Happend 1000 Years Ago...


There was a very talented singer named Lenne who lived in Zanarkand.She was a famous performer who everybody adored. Lenne's lover, Shuyin, was a famous Blitzball player. Shuyin was a very loyal person and the person Lenne loved with all her heart. At the same time as being a singer, Lenne was also a Summoner. Because Summoners were not used for much things at that time, it was more peacful. Lenne and Shuyin were able to live in peace for a while.

Unfortunately, a war between Zanarkand and Bevelle began. All Summoners were to take part in this violent war, including Lenne. Shuyin and Lenne both knew that Bevelle had advanced technology and were out numbered. Lenne also knew that she had no chance of survivng the war.Shuyin,however, would never let anything happen to Lenne and thus became her only loyal Guardian. Shuyin knew what would happen as well, but didnt believe she would die as long as he was there and thoguht of a plan. He thought of a plan to save Lenne; By taking their most powerful machina weapon, Vegnagun. Lenne was not aware of his plan but made it as far as to entering the same room as Vegnagun. Lenne soon realized Shuyin's plan and knew how powerful Vegnagun was. Shuyin also knew that by using Vegnagun, it would cause many other people's lives to be taken. It was a risk Shuyin was willing to take to save Lenne. When Lenne saw Shuyin with Vegnagun, she tried to stop him, and was caught by the guards.

They ran to each other and had their final embrace, While at the same time Shuyin gave the guards a cold stare. He then looked at Lenne and her expression that told him that she knew that they were not going to make it. They both were soon shot by numerous bullets. Shuyin tried to reach Lenne but was too weak and he knew he was not going to make it as well. Lenne shed her last tear and with her last will of strength she spoke her final words that she hoped Shuyin heard."I love you.." But Shuyin never heard what he wanted to hear or what Lenne wanted him to hear.

So, because Shuyin never head those words, his soul was never able to rest in peace. And now he continues to use Vegnagun but this time to destroy all of Spira.
